We can proceed with the pre-admission process. However, to complete admission, it will be mandatory to verify your e-CNPJ digital certificate, in the models A1 (file) - models A3 cloud or smart card/token are not compatible.
⚠️ Attention: the e-CNPJ is a mandatory requirement for the complete completion of the form and for the correct issuance of invoices through the platform.
What is it:
A digital certificate issued in your name Legal Entity, which represents your company's electronic identity.
What is it for:
It allows automatic issuance of invoices for patients, with your CNPJ as a service provider, guaranteeing fiscal validity and tax regularity.
How we use:
During admission, we request that you submit the PFX file of the digital certificate and the access password. This data will not be stored by Yinflow.Life — will be securely transmitted to our partner responsible for issuing invoices. From this, the Yinflow.Life system will be able to issue grades automatically whenever a service is provided through the platform
Make sure that your e-CNPJ is properly installed on your computer or available via the cloud, and that the extension PKI website be active in the Google Chrome browser.
