4.2. When you schedule a medical appointment or consultation session on our platform, your personal data is processed and shared as specified in our Privacy Policy.

When using direct communication channels with health professionals, such as e-mail, WhatsApp and their phone/cell phone, the privacy of these data will be based on the health professional's privacy policy.

In view of the role of Operator that Yinflow.Life plays in relation to patient data, the portability of medical record data must be requested by the patient himself from the health professional who treats him or the clinic where he performs health treatment, responsible for storing the data from the medical records.
9.5. Yinflow.Life processes personal data in accordance with the best information security practices and, in particular, stores them in the Amazon Web Services cloud, which applies the most advanced information security techniques available on the market, and is certified in compliance with all security requirements determined by ISO 27018, the code of international best practices for the protection of personal data in the cloud and others. 9.6. Yinflow.Life itself also applies technical and administrative measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or illegal situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination, taking into account the structure, scale and volume of its operations, as well as the sensitivity of the data processed and the probability and severity of the damages for the data subjects. Among these measures, the use of SALT techniques, CAPTCHAs for password coding, backup, anonymization, data segregation, and control of access to data based on the need and permission granted by the USER stands out.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase and at least 12 hours in advance after scheduling, it is possible to request a full refund or rescheduling, with the exception of emergency appointments. In this type of service, there is no refund or right to reschedule in case of late cancellation (less than 2 hours before the scheduled time) or no-show.
- In case of rescheduling, the same must be done at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled date. Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, subject to the terms of item 2.
- Consultations that have already been rescheduled at least once cannot be rescheduled again, only canceled following the rules in this section.

Emergency medical appointments are not eligible for reimbursement or rescheduling.
2. No-Show or Rescheduling/Late Cancellation Policies
In the event of a no-show or late rescheduling/cancellation (less than 2 hours in advance) by the patient, the patient will lose the right to a refund. Rescheduling, on the other hand, will only be allowed upon payment of a no-show fee, equivalent to 50% of the amount paid at the consultation.
In the event of a no-show or rescheduling/cancellation by the health professional, the patient may choose one of the options below:
- Reschedule the appointment at no additional cost;
- Cancel the appointment and get a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Delay Policies
If, for any reason, the patient is late for the doctor's appointment or therapy session, the policy to be followed will be:
- Delays of up to 15 minutes: The consultation or session may be held, with respect for the remaining time of the consultation or session. There will be no extension of time.
- Delays of more than 15 minutes: It will be considered a no-show, and the no-show policies are applied (see item 2).
If, for any reason, the health professional is late for the doctor's appointment or therapy session, the policy to be followed will be:
- Delays of up to 15 minutes: The consultation or session may be held, with respect for the remaining time of the consultation or session. If necessary, the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional cost to the patient.
- Delays of more than 15 minutes: The patient may choose to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost or cancel the appointment with a full refund of the amount paid.

- Technical Problems: Failures in the telehealth software or connection/equipment problems on the part of the health professional that make it impossible to carry out the consultation.
- Natural Disasters: Events that significantly affect local infrastructure, making it impossible to access telehealth.
- Acute Health Problems: Emergency situations or sudden worsening of health that prevent attendance at the appointment.
- Death or Serious Illness in the Family: Situations that require immediate patient attention outside the consultation.
7. Dissatisfaction with the Service Provided

- Intermediation and brokerage activities for services and businesses in general, except real estate;
- Development and licensing of non-customizable computer programs; Preparation of documents and specialized administrative support services not specified above;
- Teleservice activities;
- Development of custom computer programs; Development and licensing of customizable computer programs;
- Data processing, application service providers and Internet hosting services;
- Internet portals, content providers and other information services;
- Professional and management development training.

- Cancellation with full refund within 7 days of purchase starting before the second session, according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Optional use of exclusive therapeutic tools.
- Cumulative factor for non-use: If the subscriber is unable to attend a session within the month, it will not be carried over to the next one.
